Bootcamp
Monday & Friday

A fast-paced, high-energy mix of bodyweight movements, strength work, and cardio bursts. Every bootcamp is different — led by a rotating cast of volunteer Qs who design workouts to challenge all fitness levels. Expect running, merkins (push-ups), squats, burpees, and team-based exercises that push you while building brotherhood.

  • Bring gloves (optional but recommended for ground work)
  • Bring water
  • Wear shoes you can run in
  • All exercises are modifiable to your fitness level
Ruck
Wednesday

A steady, weighted walk using a backpack (ruck) to build endurance, strength, and resilience. Rucking is low-impact but highly effective — it's the backbone of military fitness training. We walk together, talk together, and get stronger together.

  • A backpack with 20–30 lbs works great
  • Don't have a ruck? Come anyway — we'll work it out
  • Wear comfortable walking shoes
  • Great for all fitness levels
